Service Manager Berger Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for The Shoreline Apartments in Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities

• Handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings
• Getting empty homes move-in ready
• Keeping the grounds, amenities, and common areas looking great
• Doing preventive maintenance and inspections
• Jumping in on snow removal and sharing on-call shifts
• Creating a great resident experience with friendly, professional service
