Requirements

• Active Texas real estate license (required before onboarding)
• Clear, confident communication with clients and properties
• High follow-through - you do what you say you'll do
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline

• Sales or real estate background is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Curate and present apartment options across Austin | Houston | Dallas or San Antonio
• Schedule and coordinate property tours
• Manage follow-ups and guide clients through the process
• Close deals and earn commission when your client signs
