About The Position

AIR Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at their apartment community in Raleigh, NC. This role is for top sales performers who are ambitious, rise to challenges, and take pride in consistently exceeding goals. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for following AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with prospects, conducting tours, and helping prospects find their new home. They will also deliver exceptional customer service to residents, provide leasing support to other communities as needed, and contribute to marketing efforts while adhering to Fair Housing Laws.

Requirements

  • 1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
  • Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
  • Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours (hours may include weekends and will vary based on community and season).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

  • Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects.
  • Schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of the community and help prospects find their new home.
  • Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
  • Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
  • Contribute to community marketing efforts.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
