About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. This role involves leasing apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals, managing rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices. The position also includes assisting with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests, supporting managerial duties, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The Leasing Manager will maintain confidentiality of resident information, prepare reports and administrative paperwork, assist in maintaining an active social media presence, and support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance. Exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters is expected, along with collaborative work with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Year(s) previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience (REQUIRED)
  • Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
  • Flexible schedule – some weekends are required
  • Stable work history
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

  • Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success
