About The Position

This role is perfect for servers looking to change industries and find more stability and better benefits. As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for potential residents, guiding them through the process of finding a new home. Your strong communication and rapport-building skills, developed in the service industry, will be essential in showcasing luxury rental communities. You will highlight property features and benefits, similar to how a server suggests dishes, to help residents find their ideal living space. The position offers base pay plus commissions on leased apartments.

Requirements

A strong background in customer service, ideally from a server role, demonstrating your ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
Proven experience with upselling and cross-selling, showing your ability to promote products and services.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A professional and positive demeanor.
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A high school diploma is required.
