About The Position
Join our team as an Apartment Leasing Consultant at Villas of Castleton! This role involves assisting applicants with the leasing process, maintaining marketing materials, preparing vacant units, promoting resident retention, and supporting property management with various administrative tasks. We are looking for a professional individual with strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a keen attention to detail. Prior leasing or sales experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. This position offers competitive hourly pay plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Track and log all phone and walk-in traffic daily; prepare weekly traffic reports.
- Assist applicants with the leasing process and gather necessary documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date marketing materials and ensure accurate vacancy reports.
- Prepare vacant units for move-in, including light cleaning of fixtures, floors, and windows.
- Promote resident retention by executing community events and engagement initiatives.
- Conduct quarterly market surveys of competitor properties.
- Support property management with administrative tasks, vendor coordination, and resident communication.
- Maintain resident insurance certificate files and organize electronic/hard copy filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling property tours, maintenance requests, and general resident inquiries.
- Provide phone coverage and operational support as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
