About The Position

Kibo Property Management is looking for a motivated, service-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our Crossville team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting residents, and helping prospective tenants find the right home. As a Leasing Consultant, you will support the leasing process from first inquiry through move-in. You will assist prospective residents, prepare lease documents, maintain accurate records, support marketing efforts, and help create a positive experience for current and future tenants. This position plays an important role in the overall success and occupancy of the Crossville portfolio.

Requirements

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with residents, prospects, and team members.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn property management software.
Basic understanding of property management practices and compliance requirements.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Fair Housing Certification required within the first 30 days of employment; training will be provided.

Nice To Haves

Multifamily leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist prospective tenants; schedule and conduct property tours.
Help process lease applications and ensure all requirements are completed.
Prepare, review, and execute lease agreements.
Assist with move-in and move-out coordination.
Maintain accurate resident and property records in AppFolio.
Process rent payments and respond to resident questions in a professional and timely manner.
Support marketing efforts to promote the community and improve occupancy.
Follow all company policies and comply with Fair Housing, state, and federal laws.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and property operations.
