About The Position

Hiring Full-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant. Experience in multifamily property management is preferred. As a Monarch Leasing Consultant, you are the first person and smile a prospect or resident meets when they come home. Requirements

• Strong computer skills
• 1 year experience in multifamily leasing
• 2 years' experience in customer service or sales
• Skilled problem solving
• Excellent communication skills
• An unmatched dedication to customer service
• The drive to learn and get better everyday
• This role requires pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check and a drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in multifamily property management is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
