The Community Manager manages the day-to-day operations of a 70 Unit apartment community in Santee working with the Community Maintenance Supervisor and Regional Manager to provide excellent customer service, to provide housing we are proud to own and rent, while operating and managing to achieve, meet, or beat the budgeted financial and operational goals. The Community Manager also ensures that the operation of the property complies with not only company policies and procedures, but Fair Housing, The Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations in California. The position requires good customer service, communication and organizational skills, positive and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Interacting with tenants daily. Maintaining the overall wellbeing of the property. Advertising and renting vacant units. Managing maintenance and procurement.
