About The Position

Century is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep our communities safe, beautiful, and running smoothly. This role involves turning and maintaining apartments to high standards, completing various repairs, keeping common areas clean and inviting, managing inventory, and working closely with the property manager. The technician will also be part of an on-call emergency rotation with the maintenance crew.

Requirements

• 2+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong repair, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Positive, teachable attitude

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification is recommended

Responsibilities

• Turn and maintain apartments to high standards
• Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and inviting
• Manage inventory and work closely with the property manager
• Work with our entire maintenance crew on an on-call emergency rotation
