About The Position

Picerne Real Estate Group, a company with a long history of building and managing properties since 1925, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Warwick, RI. The role requires general knowledge of apartment maintenance and a commitment to pride of ownership.

Requirements

• General knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
• High school diploma/equivalent
• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management.
• Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Snow removal.
• Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.
