Apartment Community Leasing Consultant
About The Position
Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a superstar Leasing/ Sales Consultant to join The Arbors at Eastland Apartments team! We believe that each team member contributes directly to the growth and success of our company and that our teams are what set us apart from our competition. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Greets, assists, and leases apartments Tours the property and apartments with future residents Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents Creates all lease documents Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist and/or other outreach Helps Assistant Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program Work Schedule: Will be required to work Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm Must be able to work a 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience Leasing in multifamily housing strongly preferred or 2 years experience in a customer service roll
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Responsibilities
- Greets, assists, and leases apartments
- Tours the property and apartments with future residents
