About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. In this role, you will assist with completing daily service requests for residents, support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades, and perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool repair/upkeep. You will work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects, help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community, and participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled. You will use and maintain your own tools in a professional manner and provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers.

Requirements

Minimum 2 Year(s) apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry (REQUIRED)
Valid HVAC License REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs
Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities
A personal set of basic hand tools
Willingness to work on-call as scheduled
A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.
