Requirements

Minimum 2 Years apartment maintenance experience in the multifamily industry
Valid HVAC License
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, and general repairs
Strong troubleshooting and time-management abilities
A personal set of basic hand tools
Willingness to work on-call as scheduled
A positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist with completing daily service requests for residents
Support the team with unit make-readies and apartment upgrades
Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and pool repair/upkeep
Work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician on assigned projects
Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning community
Participate in the on-call rotation as scheduled
Use and maintain your own tools in a professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and coworkers
