Requirements

  • Ability to perform double-entry bookkeeping accurately while understanding debits & credits in various accounting contexts
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Effective communication skills to interact professionally with vendors, clients, visitors, and team members

Nice To Haves

  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify payment of invoices on a timely basis.
  • Manage accounts payable functions, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis
  • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of an adequate accounting system that reflects the operating cost of the facility.
  • Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents for audit readiness
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, greeting visitors, and direct to appropriate office and/or resident room.
  • Answer telephone, determine nature of call and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
  • Assist with administrative duties as directed. (Includes typing, filing, posting accounts, etc.)

  • Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
