About The Position

Kforce has a client in New Canaan, CT that is seeking an AP Manager.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of AP experience
  • Any ERP experience
  • Inventory/manufacturing experience
  • Moderate Excel experience
  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Great Plains, and Sage is nice to have

Responsibilities

  • Manage credit card upkeep, including weekly reconciliation and maintenance (500+ transactions per week)
  • Support general accounting upkeep and daily financial operations
  • Handle ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships
