AP/CP Pathologist
About The Position
Pacific Pathology Associates, Inc., a Sonic Healthcare USA partner, is seeking a full-time AP/CP Surgical Pathologist to join their collegial, multi-specialty practice in Oregon’s highly desirable Willamette Valley. Based in a cancer center–affiliated medical center, this role offers a diverse case mix and the opportunity to practice high-quality pathology in a collaborative environment. The practice serves 5 hospitals and 225+ outpatient sites, with coverage across 17 cities in the Mid‑Willamette Valley. The case mix includes surgical pathology, cytopathology, and ancillary diagnostics. This is a supportive, team-oriented group within a physician-led Sonic Healthcare USA network.
Requirements
- MD or DO; eligible for Oregon medical licensure
- Board certified/eligible in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)
- Strong surgical pathology diagnostic skills
- Shared call responsibilities are required.
Nice To Haves
- Fellowship training preferred
- Special consideration: hematopathology (bone marrow) or GI
- Open to experienced pathologists and recent graduates
