About The Position

As a co-op student supporting the Program Management team for the Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS) program, you will assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth execution of program related initiatives. These positions could support the end‑stage project management activities required to bring AOPS vessels to Sea Trials and Delivery this Fall. You also could be tasked in ensuring the business has all the information required for Delivery and the reporting/tracking on the status of the overall condition of the program. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in program management within the maritime industry, providing an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into project coordination and management.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a co-op program.
  • Available for Fall 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth execution of program related initiatives.
  • Support end-stage project management activities required to bring AOPS vessels to Sea Trials and Delivery.
  • Ensure the business has all the information required for Delivery.
  • Reporting/tracking on the status of the overall condition of the program.
