About The Position

Operate Automated Optical Inspection Equipment and identify defects on circuit board assemblies. This role requires good attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, often under time pressure. The operator must contribute to a positive, healthy, and safe work environment and comply with Microboard, OSHA, and SDS safety policies.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with and working knowledge of Microboard MIS (Aegis) software is required
  • Component Identification training is required
  • IPC 610 Certification required
  • Basic computer skills such as, shutdown, startup, and navigate folders

  • Identify defects on circuit board assemblies
  • Communicate and listen effectively in a professional and courteous manner
  • Solve minor problems and recognize bigger problems that require supervisor assistance
