About The Position
The AOI Operator will be responsible for inspecting boards using Automated Optical Inspection Equipment. This role involves identifying and recording defects, determining if issues are defects or process indicators, and adjusting programs for new parts or vendors. The operator will also program new boards into the inspection equipment and communicate hourly with the SMT Supervisor regarding any problems or issues. Prioritizing workflow through each AOI is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities
- Inspect boards using Automated Optical Inspection Equipment
- Identify and record defects on Zentech hub Quality tracker software
- Determine if the observed problem is a defect or process indicator
- Correct/adjust the program for new vendors parts or part identifiers
- Program new boards into the Inspection equipment
- Communicate with SMT Supervisor hourly on problems or issues
- Prioritize workflow through each AOI
