About The Position

We are looking for a candidate who has experience with a tool named AnyLogic with 4+ years exp and relevant at least 1.5 years exp. The candidate should have hands-on AnyLogic builder experience, not just theoretical knowledge, and be comfortable writing Java code inside AnyLogic. The ability to translate a business problem into a simulation model is essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex simulation models using AnyLogic (Agent-Based, Discrete Event, and System Dynamics)
• Build models to simulate real-world business processes, supply chains, logistics networks, and operational workflows
• Validate and verify simulation models against real data and business scenarios
• Optimize existing models for performance and accuracy
• Analyze simulation outputs and translate results into actionable business insights
• Conduct what-if scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities through simulation.
