About The Position

1.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to strengthen relationships and drive the business growth for key accounts and partners in payment/acquiring business. 2.Collaborate with BD, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives, and drive the co-planning with key account executives of payment, marketing and finance.  3.Manage the end to end joint marketing planning, initiatives, campaigns, and co-branded activities with partners, not limited to co-branding, social activities, events and CXO activities and other integrated marketing campaigns and drive the results optimization.  4.Conduct market analysis and research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 5. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on key account management and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and account-based marketing, solid experience of end to end marketing planning and execution for social, event, targeted account activities etc. Knowledge in payment industry and Global merchant selling to Asia is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Growth Marketing experience.
