Requirements
- J.D. from a top-tier law school.
- 3-5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice or the Federal Trade Commission.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Judicial clerkship experience.
- HSR counseling experience.
- Second Request investigation experience.
