About The Position

Lewis Brisbois, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a talented and motivated mid-level Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of antitrust experience to join our growing Antitrust & Competition Practice in Washington, DC. Our Antitrust & Competition team advises clients navigating the complex landscape of federal and state antitrust laws and regulations. We represent businesses across a broad range of industries in high-stakes litigation, government investigations, compliance matters, merger reviews, and strategic business counseling.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in Washington, DC, or eligibility to waive in
2-7 years of antitrust and competition law experience
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Experience handling antitrust litigation, counseling, investigations, and/or merger review matters
Excellent academic credentials
Superior research and writing skills
Strong analytical abilities
Experience managing complex matters in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with matters involving price-fixing, bid-rigging, monopolization, exclusionary practices, supply restrictions, market allocation, and other competition-related issues
Judicial clerkship experience
Experience interacting with federal agencies

Responsibilities
