About The Position

As a systems engineer for C2BMC, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for Coordinating with the Missile Defense Agency to conduct high-level Anti-Tamper and Threat Management Assessments. This role involves defining SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness. You will develop, deliver, and maintain Critical Program Information (CPI) analysis, Defense Exportability Assessments, and defense export strategy. Additionally, you will identify risk-based technical countermeasures for the protection of C2BMC Critical Program Information and Critical Components, and develop, deliver, and maintain waivers for CPI, AT or defense exportability features. You will also brief Anti-Tamper and Program Protection requirements, prepare white papers and evaluations, and support program milestone reviews and Fielding Decisions. The role also involves identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation. Willingness to travel between Colorado Springs and Huntsville is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Brief Anti-Tamper and Program Protection requirements and prepare white papers and evaluations as required.
• Support program milestone reviews and Fielding Decisions and verify entrance criteria is satisfied by having the Anti-Tamper and Program Protection products approved.
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Travel between Colorado Springs and Huntsville.
