About The Position
The Antenna Design Engineer provides advanced expertise in antenna engineering and electromagnetics to support system design, simulation, and performance optimization across multiple antenna platforms.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in antenna design, fabrication, and testing
- PhD may substitute for 2 years of experience
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Responsibilities
- Perform electromagnetic simulations using HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, FEKO, or XFdtd
- Analyze antenna performance including gain, radiation patterns, beamwidth, and polarization
- Develop technical reports assessing design and installation performance
- Recommend design improvements to optimize operational capability
