About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Anodizing / Oxide Shop Worker to join our growing team. This position supports daily production in our metal finishing department, including anodizing, black oxide, cleaning, masking, racking, unloading parts, and general shop duties. Experience in anodizing, black oxide, metal finishing, plating, or manufacturing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in anodizing, black oxide, metal finishing, plating, or manufacturing is preferred
- Experience is a plus, but not required for the right individual
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for anodizing and oxide finishing processes
- Rack, mask, clean, rinse, and inspect parts
- Operate finishing tanks and related equipment safely
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized work areas
- Assist with general shop labor as needed
