About The Position

The Anodize Line Operator is responsible for processing parts in tanks according to specifications, work orders, and other requirements. This includes calculating processing times, removing and rinsing parts, and immersing them in baths before finishing. The role also involves completing paperwork, overseeing and assisting line assistants to optimize throughput, evaluating and logging preventative maintenance, and ensuring correct disposal of hazardous waste. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
• Calculate the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Remove parts from tank after specified time, rinse parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Complete paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly
• Perform other duties as assigned
