About The Position

The Annual Giving Specialist supports the health system’s philanthropic efforts through the planning, execution, and optimization of annual giving programs. This role manages donor-facing marketing through the foundation CRM, oversees grateful patient outreach, coordinates colleague and physician giving initiatives, and assists with securing event sponsorships. The Annual Giving Specialist plays a key role in building a strong donor pipeline, increasing community engagement, and driving sustainable annual revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, finance, IT or other relevant discipline, or, equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five + years of experience in data analytics, reporting and database management.
• Manages and maintains the overall integrity and quality of the donor database including regular data improvement, enforcement of database business processes and management of code values, business rules and other functions of the database.
• Ensure timely and personalized donor acknowledgement and stewardship touchpoints.
• Support prospect research for annual giving and sponsorship prospects as needed.
• Utilize data analysis tools and platforms to provide trend analysis, donor behavior indications and other statistical information to strengthen campaign and donor performance across all fundraising initiatives.
