Requirements

  • Experience providing guest support in technical or customer-facing role
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with team members and vendors
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • High School or Associate’s degree in any field is preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience/warehouse experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage and allocate animatronic parts
  • Track delivery deadlines and coordinate with teams to ensure timely receipt of parts
  • Oversee the receipt and inspection of parts, ensuring all items are accurately accounted for
  • Report discrepancies or issues to management and vendors for prompt resolution
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Handle incoming support calls, assess guest issues, and take the necessary steps to resolve them efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards within the warehouse
  • Perform other duties as needed to support both warehouse and guest-facing operations
