Our Customer Care Specialists currently start at $18 an hour (starting rate is based on experience).

Requirements

Experienced in data entry and multitasking
Experienced in handling high-volume inbound calls - 60 or more a day
Previous call center experience or high-volume call environment.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures.
An effective and persuasive communicator
Professional computer experience (Office, Internet, etc.)
Strong math skills
A high school graduate or equivalent required
Live within a commutable distance to Manhattan, Kansas
Able to obtain a Kansas Pharmacy Tech License ( We will train you)

Nice To Haves

Experience with Customer Service positions in the past
Prior contact center experience
Previous Pharmacy Tech or Vet Tech experience
Professional experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, & Excel

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service.
Efficiently navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems.
Enter prescriptions in our systems.
Adapt swiftly to each customer interaction, whether inbound, outbound, or written, through email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions.
Work independently and collaborate with team members!
Engage with team members across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities.
Answer high-volume calls - over 70 per day.
Ability to work uninterrupted, with 90% of your day assisting customers.
