About The Position
The Animal Caretaker is responsible for caring for a variety of animals which may include rodents, fish, frogs, birds, and possibly more. The work includes feeding, cleaning, monitoring animal health, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with a variety of animals.
Requirements
- Must be able to work most weekdays and at least one weekend day per week.
- Must be able to work independently and complete assigned tasks without supervision.
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Must be responsible and dependable.
- Must be a current student at Bethel University.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with animals (personal, volunteer, or professional) preferred.
