Applications are being accepted for a full-time Animal Care Specialist to join the Fort Wayne Zoo team. This position is responsible for the daily husbandry of a diverse collection of aquatic animals, including but are not limited to: African black-footed penguins, North American river otters, American alligators, California sea lions, harbor seals, stingrays, Indo-Pacific reef fish, black-tip reef sharks, zebra sharks, tasseled wobbegong, jellyfish, lionfish, corals, and aquatic invertebrates. This is a full-time position requiring availability for a 40-hour work week year-round. This position works with a wide variety of species in a designated area of the Zoo.
