Requirements
- MD or DO degree with active medical license
- Experience in Anesthesiology, ideally within a hospital or surgical center
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Must be board-certified
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patient vitals during procedures
- Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans
- Evaluate patients pre-operatively and discuss anesthesia options
- Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation
- Provide post-anesthesia care and assess recovery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on best practices and advancements in anesthesiology
- Educate patients and families on anesthesia-related topics
