About The Position

Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is seeking a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join our collegial and highly respected team at Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, a 176-bed award-winning hospital located in beautiful Charlottesville, Virginia. Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
Eligible for an unrestricted Virginia medical license.
Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Care Team Model
Diverse case mix with no trauma, burns, or transplants.
Call schedule of 1:14 with a post-call day off.
Shift-based compensation model with expected annual compensation of $489,000+ and opportunities for additional earnings.
Quality Bonus: $15,000 annually.
Generous sign-on/commencement bonus.
10 weeks of paid time off.
Annual CME allowance of $7,500.
