Requirements
- Active NY license
- Active DEA
- Board certification or Board eligible if in process
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS

Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia in 8 ORs, 2 Endo, 4 LDR, 2 LD OR, and 1 NORA per day.
- Provide care for general, Level II Trauma, ENT, breast, ortho, ophthalmology, plastics, podiatry, urology, vascular, neuro, OB/GYN, bariatrics, thoracic, gastro, colorectal, endo, and dental cases.
- Participate in 5 calls per month.
- Engage in professional development and mentoring.
