About The Position

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join their anesthesia team at the Endoscopy Center in San Antonio, TX. This role involves providing superior care and working collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The position offers flexible scheduling with W2 or 1099 options, and no call, nights, weekends, or holidays are required. The Anesthesiologist will provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures, conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airways and anesthesia administration, monitor patients during procedures and recovery, and collaborate with the healthcare team while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards. The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources, focusing on clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• MD/DO
• BC/BE Anesthesiology
• Eligible state license
• CRNA supervision experience
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
