About The Position

We’re looking for a service-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the team at HCA Southeast Houston in Pasadena, TX. Located within the greater Houston metro area, HCA Southeast Houston is a multi-specialty hospital that offers a broad scope of medical services. This role is primarily for the OR. OB has a 24/7 dedicated team (at times, may have to provide OB backup or CRNA Supervision for OB services). This is a Level III trauma center with acute case types including Neuro, General, GI, Ortho, gynecology, Urology, Radiology, and Vascular. The position involves a four-physician rotation with a specific monthly cadence of call shifts and regular shifts, ensuring ample time off. The environment is collaborative, with 8 Physicians and 11 CRNAs. Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Recent experience in a level III trauma facility or above (within one year)
  • Proficiency in managing patients undergoing neurosurgery

Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia services primarily in the OR.
  • Potentially provide OB backup or CRNA Supervision for OB services.
  • Manage patients undergoing neurosurgery.
  • Participate in a four-physician rotation including weekday call shifts, day shifts, and weekend call shifts.
  • Collaborate with 8 Physicians and 11 CRNAs.
