About The Position
This East Texas anesthesiology role offers one of the most genuinely balanced schedules in the specialty: 12 days on, 9 full days off — equaling 156 days off every year. You'll work with a stable, tenured CRNA team in a supportive environment, cover a broad case mix that keeps clinical work engaging, and earn $600K as a permanent 1099 provider with malpractice and tail included.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for Texas medical licensure
- Comfortable supervising experienced CRNAs in a care team model

- Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred; training available
Responsibilities
