About The Position

We are seeking a board -certified or board -eligible Anesthesiologist to join a well -established and collegial team in the Finger Lakes Region. This is a bread and butter anesthesiology practice with a strong focus on balance, predictability, and team collaboration. You will work across a mix of orthopedic, urology, OB, and healthy pediatric cases, with no neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases. This is an ideal opportunity for both new graduates and experienced physicians looking for a stable environment with strong compensation and a manageable call schedule.

Requirements

• Board -certified or board -eligible Anesthesiologist
• Completion of a recognized residency program
• Comfortable with general anesthesiology cases including orthopedics, urology, OB, and healthy pediatric patients
• Interest in working within a collaborative, team -oriented environment
• Strong focus on patient care and long -term practice stability

• Total initial compensation package ranging from $630,000 to $640,000
• Base salary between $500,000 and $515,000
