About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for a service-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the team at RedBud Surgery Center in Austin, Texas! Be part of a growing, focused practice delivering high-quality anesthesia care in a specialized surgical setting.
Position Highlights:
$405,600 1099 for 3 days/week (Mon, Tues, Thurs)
This is for 52 weeks with vacation buy-back
Case types primarily plastic surgery, including DIEP flaps
No call responsibilities
Work independently performing your own cases - Anesthesiologist-only facility

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Experience with plastic surgery cases preferred, especially flap procedures
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
