About The Position

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) at Tidelands Health is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Anesthesiologist to join a growing community-based health system in Murrells Inlet and Georgetown, South Carolina. This role is an employed position within MUSC Health and practices within the Tidelands Health system to serve Georgetown and Horry Counties, the second fastest growing region in the country. Tidelands Health operates Georgetown Memorial Hospital (131 beds) in Georgetown, SC and Waccamaw Community Hospital (121 beds) in Murrells Inlet, SC, is a community-based, not-for-profit health system that reinvests millions of dollars each year into our facilities and technology. We are our region’s MUSC Health affiliate. Tidelands Health is dedicated to keeping the communities we serve healthy and active, inside and outside of the hospital. With four hospitals and more than 70 outpatient locations, a Tidelands Health facility is always close to home.

Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA)
Eligible for medical license in South Carolina

Responsibilities

CRNA medical supervision model
OB nighttime coverage provided by CRNAs
1:6 weekend call, with post-call day off
