About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented, experienced Anesthesiologist to step into a Medical Director role at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Midwest in Midwest City, Oklahoma! Join our team as we continue to grow and expand services within SSM Health Midwest. This leadership role offers the opportunity to grow and develop the cath lab program. There are no call requirements. The position is located 7 miles from the center of Oklahoma City. Case types include general, orthopedic, endo/GI, ENT (some peds), GYN, spine, cath lab, and vascular. This role features a collaborative care team with strong CRNA support and an opportunity to expand skillset with TEE training – willingness to learn.
Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Cath lab and vascular experience required
- Willingness to learn and develop TEE skills
- Leadership experience or interest in a Medical Director role
Responsibilities
- Serve as Medical Director at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Midwest.
- Grow and develop the cath lab program.
- Provide anesthesia services for general, orthopedic, endo/GI, ENT (some peds), GYN, spine, cath lab, and vascular cases.
- Collaborate with a care team with strong CRNA support.
- Willingness to learn and develop TEE skills.
