About The Position
Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-oriented Anesthesiologist to join the anesthesia team at Hillcrest Hospital Claremore in Claremore, Oklahoma. This is a well-supported, collaborative practice offering strong compensation, a balanced schedule, and the opportunity to work in a community-focused environment with a collegial care team. The position offers a base salary of $600,000 with 10 weeks off and a compensated call structure. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, averaging 40 hours per week. Call involves 1 weekday beeper call and 1 (48-hour) weekend call shift per month. The practice utilizes a collaborative care team model with experienced CRNAs and surgical staff, covering a broad case mix including Bread and Butter, Gen Surge, Peds Dental and ENT, Ortho, and Podiatry. It is a stable practice environment with consistent scheduling and strong leadership support, located in a respected community hospital serving northeastern Oklahoma.
Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- OK licensure or willingness to obtain
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services within a collaborative care team model.
- Participate in a call schedule including weekday beeper calls and weekend shifts.
