About The Position
An established, independent anesthesia group in Central Texas is adding a physician to a team that's defined by tenure, teamwork, and genuine satisfaction at work. With earnings into the $610Ks, 8–9 weeks of PTO, a manageable call structure, and a partnership option, this role is built for physicians who want both income and a career they can sustain long term. The day-to-day involves performing your own cases the majority of the time in a surgeon-supported environment, working alongside a high-quality surgical team in a setting where people genuinely enjoy their jobs, and managing a balanced call structure alongside experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Eligible for Texas medical license
- TEE certification required for those pursuing cardiac cases
- Team-oriented mindset and interest in long-term practice
