This position is an independent contractor (1099) role through Synergy Healthcare Partners. MLKCH is a modern, state-of-the-art facility that opened in 2015 and utilizes Cerner EMR. Synergy Health Partners is a national leader in managing Surgicalist programs and Anesthesia staffing, focusing on restoring work-life balance for clinicians.
Requirements
- BC/BE Anesthesiology
- CA license (or eligible)
- ACLS certification
- Proficiency in Ultrasound guided Nerve Blocks
- Proficiency in Spinals
- Proficiency in Epidurals
- Proficiency in Invasive Lines
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for diverse surgical cases including Ortho, General, Urology, GYN, Cath lab, and GI.
- Administer anesthesia for low volume OB cases, with approximately 2 deliveries per 24 hours.
- Perform Ultrasound guided Nerve Blocks, Spinals, and Epidurals.
- Insert Invasive Lines.
- Respond to pager calls within 30 minutes.
