About The Position

This Anesthesiologist Split-Shift position offers up to $650,000 annually with call taking, 9 weeks PTO, and premium pay for additional hours worked over scheduled time. A $25K sign-on bonus is available, along with part-time and per diem opportunities. The practice utilizes an Anesthesia Care Team model with physician supervision of CRNAs and offers leadership positions such as Chief, Medical Director, and Critical Care Section Head. There are also opportunities for teaching and program development, including residency and fellowships. The system handles over 40,000 cases across more than 40 anesthetizing locations in 5 facilities within a 30-minute radius. Subspecialty areas include Cardiac, Neuro, Transplant, and OB, with approximately 6,000 deliveries annually.

Requirements

Active state license
DEA
State CDS
Board certification
ACLS
PALS
BLS

Nice To Haves

Experience in Cardiac, Neuro, Transplant, or OB anesthesia.
Experience with NORA procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care within an Anesthesia Care Team model.
Supervise CRNAs.
Participate in leadership roles (Chief, Medical Director, Critical Care Section Head) if desired.
Engage in teaching and program development opportunities.
Perform general, cardiac, vascular, neuro, ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, plastics, and obstetrical anesthesia.
Provide anesthesia for NORA procedures.
Take call as part of the schedule.
