About The Position
BayCare Medical Group (BMG) is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAA) to join our collaborative anesthesia teams at Mease Countryside Hospital (Safety Harbor), Mease Dunedin Hospital (Dunedin), and Morton Plant Hospital (Clearwater). These roles offer the chance to practice in supportive, high‑quality, patient‑centered environments within one of Florida’s most respected not‑for‑profit health systems. The roles offer flexibility with scheduling options, optional cardiac work, and no pediatrics or trauma cases. Hospital-affiliated childcare is available. Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program.
- NCCAA certification required.
- Active Florida license or ability to obtain.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Responsibilities
