About The Position
The Anesthesia Technician assists the anesthesiologist and the circulating nurse with the administration of anesthesia and assures that adequate supplies are available as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Anesthesia Tech training, LVN license current for state of Texas preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Two years' experience as Anesthesia Tech required.
- Good communication skills with physicians, staff and patients.
- Understands operations of anesthesia machine, monitors, C02 analyzers, 02 sat analyzers.
