Requirements

Associate's Degree Related Field of Study required
Anesthesia Technician Experience 3-5 years required
In-depth knowledge of anesthesia equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards governing anesthesia services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using anesthesia-related software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory Experience 2-3 years preferred

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to the anesthesia technical team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
Coordinate the procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications.
Ensure availability, functionality, and proper functioning of anesthesia equipment, such as monitors, ventilators, and anesthesia machines.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols for anesthesia technicians, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, safety standards, and best practices.
